Soooo I was one of the winner for the round 1.  But, I do not feel good about it at all.

 

I absolutely did not do anything right.

I ate terribly.

I did not exercise.

 

I somehow managed to weight less than my goal, but this round I know I have to do something.

 

So I've decided to start prepping meals for the week!  And of course exercise regularly.

 

I'm going to stay on track and do well!
