So I have decided my goal, at least at first is to just get moving! Park a little farther away, not take the shuttle bus, take the stairs, that kind of thing. And as a part of that I went back to the gym today. It was not my best performance, but I was there and that's what counts right? I did a walk/run mile. Felt great! Now to keep moving.

That's my trick too!! Park far at work and in store parking lots, take the stairs whenever possible, etc. You'll be surprised how those seemingly little things bring big results! Getting back to the gym is great. Good for you! Just keep it up and you'll win this bet, no problem :)
