I loved reading this. Some ideas to help with you protein: egg whites (no fats or carbs), 0% greek yogurt (I like adding walden farms 0 calorie pancake syrup and frozen blueberries/apples), Protein powder (most isolates will have 0-2 carbs and 1-2 fats). You got this, look forward to your success!
