Happy friday!  it was another good day today.  I am exausted after a long day of work, a walk around the lake (almost 3 miles) with the wonderful boyfriend, and then the Demi Lovato concert.  I had gotten free tickets at work, so we got there late after prioritizing fitting in a walk and ended up parking very far away both to avoid paying $20 and get even more steps in.  Initially the bf had the idea to go out to PF Changs since we have a gift certificate, but we had both already had enough food today and so we switched it to a walk instead.  He did buy a small Wendy's fries on the way to the concert and I had about 5 mini ones and then we got a cone of cinnamon coated pecans.  They were probably much better snacks than I wouldve gotten a year ago.  I had no beer, pretzels, hot dogs, cotton candies, sodas etc!  Grand total: I ate about 1,500 calories and walked over 18,000 steps!

Well tomorrow I plan on hitting up a few gym classes and maybe doing a quick run.  Theres SparkCon going on downtown Raleigh this weekend, so we will most likely end up downtown eating wonderfully-delicious-but-not-very-good-for-you food truck food.  So I hope to plan on a high calorie burn and light meals throughout the day to save room for it.

Tonight I'm gonna try to hit the hay early (for a friday) and rest up for a fun packed weekend!  Hope you all have a wonderful wonderful friday night!

Plan for tomorrow:

9: two classes at the gym, step and weightlifting, convice bf to go to weightlifting with me followed by protein shake.

11: put in a few hours at work, snack on left over caesar salad

5: possibly go for a run? ..tbd based on level of soreness

7: head out downtown for some delicious food trucks, maybe I can find that one with the fried brussel sprouts.
