So one of the "daily carrots" asked about trigger foods. I' d have to say mine is sunflower seed butter. It's slightly sweet and starts off feeeling healthy but is incredibly calorie dense. Not a good snack choice! So at least this year the kids are buying lunches and i don't have to make " nut-free" packed lunches. So i think the key is just not buying it at all!!
