Ran / walked a 5k yesterday. Slowest time ever because I didn't want to reinjure my hip. Then lots of post race snacking, then made apple pie from scratch for dessert. Shared the pie with family so not too big a piece! Now feeling a bit heavy and sluggish. Monday night tired and don't feel like doing anything. Planning for a clean eating day tomorrow.
