Hello All!
It's been a weird day for me... I was determined to get out and do my full 3 mile jog this morning, and all through the first one, I was thinking it was hard!! Then I looked at my watch, and found out I was going faster than normal too! "So, slow down!" I thought to myself... Does seven seconds count...??? That is how much slower I did the second mile, but by then, I started getting a tickle in the back of my throat and a cramp in my calf, so I puased the timer, and took a couple of minutes to catch my breath, and stretch, then started jogging again, only to stop a half mile later and do the same thing... But I did the three miles! I just had to stop twice in the last one...!
I got back too pooped to do my strength workout though, and it's been a REALLY hard day! Tough with kids not respecting the rules and getting into things and making messes, tough because I found out we are being stationed in CA next April, and I was hoping to stay in WA, and husband needed emotional support that I just didn't have in me to email today...!! So.. Here's the part where my healthy intnetions collapsed... Mac and Cheese for lunch (I did add 1.5 C steamed broccoli!) and a king size Reese's Cups and 3 chocolate chip cookies and some sesame sticks for dinner... Sigh...!! And I still need a hug!! Tomorrow will be better-minus the part where I weigh in...!!
