You can do it! It may mean choosing one restaurant over another, but you can do it. Choose one with a great salad bar maybe, or a fish restaurant with good grilled fish. I am noticing that more and more places are offering a lighter side menu. As for carb cycling, check out Whole30. Even if you don't do a complete Whole30, you can do it own your low carb days. That is my plan. Have fun on vacation, and remember food doesn't equal fun. Feeling good does though, so make choices you know you'll feel good making.
