Hi Margie! When I lost 50 pounds before, I was seriously watching my sugar. You will find so much success by eliminating the added sugars and the foods that contain them. You will feel better, and not have sugar crashes (if you had them before). Sometimes I would get so tired after eating (or not eating) that it was really causing problems in my daily activities. Do you read Oxygen magazine? Tosca Reno is on Facebook and I believe she is also holding a "Strike the Sugar" Challenge. Her Eat Clean Diet books have helped me a lot. I've done some carb cycling too, but am looking forward to using the carb cycling that is used in EWL. :) Good luck!
