Awesome! It works really well for me too! I do 25% carbs, 35% fats, and 40% protein and no alcohol. I'm also really careful to include plenty of fresh veggies and berries in addition to the healthy fats and protein. I give myself one cheat day per week which keeps me sane but I track my calorie count to keep myself from going crazy with cravings. I find the cheat day gives me something to work for and keeps me focused and happy.
