Three weeks ago I started my first Dietbet, a week later I joined my second and the week after that I started my third. So I am currently doing three overlapping dietbets simultaneously and it is going far better than I could have ever imagined. 

 

For the past three weeks I have been consistently losing weight in a healthy and a happy way. This is all whilst starting my work in hospital as a final year intern and working 7am-9pm daily. At first I thought 'I don't have time to work-out and eat healthy on top of all that'. But then I realised the truth. The truth is that 'I don't have time not to work-out and eat healthy'. Losing weight to me is far more than just looking good in the mirror. Losing weight to me is about becoming more energetic, being able to offer more to my patients and looking after myself in such a way that I can continue to look after others to the best of my abilities.

 

Day 0: I started three weeks ago at 81.0kg / 178.6lbs

Week 1: I weighed in at 80.0kg / 176.4lbs

Week 2: I weighed in at 78.9kg / 173.9lbs

Week 3 (today): 77.5kg /  170.9lbs.

 

I couldn't be more thrilled to have lost 3.5kg / 7.7lbs in just three weeks. I met my first goal in just 14 days. And I am 0.4kg / 0.8lbs away from my second (with 2 weeks to go).
