I used to do yoga 3 times a week and walk 5 days a week in the mornings.  I used to cook all the time and logged into my food diary daily.  I liked the way I looked and felt.  I was a size 10, and was able to maintain it easily without feeling like I was making too many sacrifices.  I also used to work 8 hours a day on my feet.  Then I got promoted, and ended up sitting everyday for 8 hrs, and over a year a gained 10lbs.  I also stopped going to yoga 3x a week, and walking 5x a week, and logging into my food diary.  

 

I'm in DietBet because I want to join a group of people who motivate each other.  I also need the accountability, and tap into my competitive side.
