It´s so much about lifestyle and when lifesituations change we have to adjust. If you want to, tell us about the new winning way as you now have a different jobsituation. Maby you cant go back to what worked before so if not, what will you go forward into?

Hi Jenny! It's nice to share. I'm into it. The first thing I started doing was standing at my desk. I wear a pedometer everyday, which helps me see how active (or inactive) I am everyday. I also started walking on my lunch breaks. I'm still trying to figure out a yoga plan, as I seem to be pushing it all the time because I always feel I've got so much to do on my off time. Yoga is something I want to back into again so bad. It does wonderful things for me in so many ways! So, next step is to devise a workout plan that works with my schedule.
