I have a very loud and obnoxious sweet tooth. Im still new to all of this, but ive found this last week that tracking what i eat really opens m eyes to how much the sweets take up on my calorie count, and also tracking it has helped me make better decisions...like i actually managed to just have one serving of.ice cream. I also learned that i am not yet ready to buy a bag of m&ms or cookies...i cant help myself with those yet. Maybe someday. Maybe not.
