Hi, try eating 70% cocoa chocolates, 25g after lunch really helps me to stay on track. The bitter chocolate doesn't leave that desire of continue eating like the normal chocolate. And its good for your heart. ;) Also, everytime you think about eating something sweet in your work, think that you will have that same sweet but in the weekend. And when the weekend comes, think about what sweet you would like to eat more, and eat it. I mean, try not to eat a whole bag of sweets, but eat what you think is considerable a good piece. Enjoy every piece of it, and then forget about it. I mean, thats its working for me. I'm not loosing weight so fast, but I'm loosing. I hope I could help you. Stay strong.
