I have been debating if I wanted to do this dietbet or not. My friend sent me a message today asking if I wanted to join one she had found and I told her about this one. Must be a sign that this is something I should do, so here I am. I've been on my weightloss journey for about 5 years now. Lost 50 lbs about 3 years ago and have been maintaining (withiin 10lbs) the last 2 years. I've hit this plateau (dating my boyfriend for the last 3 years, grad school, moving to a new town, etc) and I can't seem to get on the losing trend again. I've been doing weight watchers for a year or so on and off and recently joined again at work and now attend weekly meetings. Between weight watchers, trying to eat more natural and less processed stuff and this dietbet, I am hoping I've motivated myself enough to really get back on track. I look forward to seeing my own results as well as everyone elses over the 28 days!
