I'm glad you've found something that works for you. I would highly recommend you checking out Whole30. It's a 30 day program that would help you to break connections to things like sodas (even the diet ones). At my highest, I weighed 330 lbs. I started Whole30 at 320.5 just 2 weeks ago, and at my doctor's appt on Saturday, I was down to 310. I totally do NOT care about sugar or even artificial sweeteners. You don't have to pay anything to do it, and all of the info is online. I'd be happy to share with you. You are like me in that you need a rigid program. Whole30 is rigid in that it is exact what you can and can't eat leaving little room for error. It's intended to last just 30 days, but I intend to take all of the great parts of it and continue beyond 30 days and add Chris Powell's Turbo Carb Cycling along with it. I hope you reach that 4th goal. That's the most important one. The feeling of total accomplishment! There's no better thing!
