Goals for Francy’s Diet Bet 09/29 Thru 10/29
This month I will…
- Walk 500,000 steps and track using my Jawbone Up!
- Get comfortably into goal pants. (before pics taken!)
- Follow the Bite Size Fitness nutrition plan for the duration of the diet bet. I finished the Whole30 before, so I can do anything nutrition – one day – one meal at a time!
- Maintain a positive and journey versus the destination attitude!
