So yesterday, I felt was a very good day all around. I managed to fit 5.1 miles in total (a little over 10k steps so saith my Fitbit). I got a very good workout last night at the gym. I am working on core compound exercises as I get back into full on workout routines. My back doesn't allow any free weight yet so we are working with hammer strength machines.
From a diet standpoint I am in my 4th week of ketosis and so far it is working out great. My weight is down 21 lbs, but more importantly I am feeling better. This has been easier to stick with than anything else I have tried. I have collected a very large cache of recipes so everything keeps changing up. Nothing else but water, bulletproof coffee, and green tea to drink. No sodas, beers, or anything else with lots of sweeteners.
Weight loss has stalled during week 4, but all my resources state this is nothing to be concerned with so I keep trucking and don't allow any discouragement!
