My October goals, in order to help me crush this 4% and win my Diet bet:
1) FUEL! - Prepping meals and eating based off the 21 day fix plan from Beachbody. It is a wonderful, simplistic and holistic way of eating that provides me with all my nutrition needs, caloric intake in check and all the food groups (that means I don’t have to deprive myself of anything, just work it into my day... in a healthy and realistic way of course!)
2) HYDRATE! I’m always s bad with this! I BRING the water with me, I just forget to drink it! I have 24 oz. water bottles; the plan is to drink 4 of them each day!
3) SWEAT! - My workout plan includes strength, cardio and stretching... I believe you need ALL f them to be successful, strong and fit! Follow the plan and success is inevitable!
4) NO CHEATS! I am always cheating and slipping up in little ways... forgetting that they all add up in the end!
5) Eat better CARBS! This is an issue for me, as I LOVE bread and pasta but they do NOT love me! I always feel yucky afterward! So I have found some alternatives to the usual heavy foods they still give me the carbs I need without weighing me down... now I just have to use them!
