Much like it did for my last dietbet, I need to put down my goals for this month and what is going to help me achieve my weight lose percentage! 

1) Nutrition- ON POINT! I am eating via the 21 day fix plan, meal prepping on Sundays and always having healthy meals and snacks at hand! No excuses!

2) Fitness- Working out at least 6 days a week, staying active with help from my new nike fuelband, and utilizing all my favorite activities to stay active- running, biking, weight lifting, dancing, etc. PLUS I've got my sister and best friend doing this with me, so we can workout together!

3) Hydrate- Drinking enough water throughout the day! I already kicked soda a LONG time ago, so i don't have to worry about that. I drink a cup of coffee a day on most days, other than that its only water! Also, would like to start drinking 1-2 cups of green tea a day!

4) Social media! Utilize instagram ,facebook and dietbet to keep me accountable and post the ups and downs I face along my journey.

5) Weigh in EVERY week! Thinking about buying the tokens to weigh in and be eligible for prizes- I have to decide by the end of the week! 

 

I am SO excited for this 6 month dietbet! It brings my sister and I straight into summer and the Biggest Loser half marathon that we are both thinking about running! I have been saying for years that i want to be at my goal weight by my birthday (i say the same thing EVRY year!) and this time I might actually be able to make that a reality!
