Small changes are going to make all the difference this month. I plan on drinking more water......and LOGGING the water I drink. I also need to cut back on the snacks at work and be more active during the day. Writing things down will be the key - to be accountable and stay on track.

I like it! I think I should follow your example. For some reason, myfitnesspal stopped working on my phone but I will try a different app this month and start over. Great list!
