Day 3 Week 1:
Woke up at 10:30am UGH...did not reach my goal to wake up at 8:30.
Felt sick.
Very sick. unnauseated sick.
Took my time, checked my emails in bed, contemplated skipping workout today (yeah)
Got up and checked facebook: bane of my existence. (I laughed and felt great: an old friend's birthday, and a comment on my feed from a new friend).
decided it was time to contemplate working out: and logged on to dietbet.com
Posted to two or three comments left by others and felt like working out! Works.

about 20 minutes later: DRIPPING IN SWEAT and loving the taste of my salty sweat flowing down my face....gross? unavoidable.

1. Drink 8 refills of copco water bottle.
2. Dishes and pre-make rest of the weeks meals (lunch and breakfast) and smoothie cubes!
3. Start sewing my halloween costume! more exercise incentive!
4. Draw a picture for my shop (not yet opened on etsy)
5. Play Guitar and actively enjoy my leisurely time today
6. Go outside (jog or walk or rollerblade)
7. Live in the moment. Happiness.
