I was working a night shift At judys corner tavern "bartending" ..... If you can call it that these days.when the last sip was downed and the last customer left I closed up early to get my cleaning done...in the mean time I had not had supper and forgot to prep meals for the week .... Bad mistake ! because I instantly went and made deep fried chicken strips and onion rings ... it was fast and thought I can clean and deep fry a quick meal.. I'm one who has been guilty of this ..., grab the quick alternative when tired and hungry. Preparing meals in advance is a major I must work on to prevent bad food alternatives .:)

I am at home all day doing nothing right now...its terrrible, and my only way to combat the mid-afternoon snacking and eating is to remind myself that I am not hungry, or eating doesn't make me less sleepy (I have tried). So, my plan was to pre-make salads, and open a can of soup. Way better than the two hot dogs, with an entire box of mac and cheese, and sauteed mushrooms. totally 1,155 calories yesterday...
