That is my goal today: prepare lunch-time meals for the rest of the week. I am at home all day doing nothing right now...its terrrible, and my only way to combat the mid-afternoon snacking and eating is to remind myself that I am not hungry, or eating doesn't make me less sleepy (I have tried). So, my plan was to pre-make salads, and open a can of soup. Way better than the two hot dogs, with an entire box of mac and cheese, and sauteed mushrooms. totally 1,155 calories yesterday...
