I don't know what happened but I'll take it. My goal was to get under 270 lbs by the end of September. That didn't happen due to the sodium feast of last weekend and not being able to exercise due to leg injury. Anyway, I was still 1.5 lbs over from a week ago. I assumed it was lingering sodium weight but was starting to think it was an actual gain but I was so tired last night that went to bed way early and didn't eat dinner. Well, got up this morning ended up down 2.5 lbs from last week. Because I was busy this morning, I didn't have breakfast right away so I weighed myself again a few hours later (just before breakfast) and was down another 1.4 lbs for a total of 3.9 lbs. I'm being realistic and not expecting the 3.9 lbs to be actual loss because of the missed dinner and late breakfast but it did bring my weight to below 270 so am pumped about that as it's well within sight of being permanent.
So, goal for October is to get under 260 lbs! Probably not realistic since I still can't really exercise but I'm going to shoot for it anyway. If I didn't eat like crap last weekend, I might've made my September goal on time and not a few days late.
