Thanks for sharing Lindsay! I think this happens to all of us and the key (at least in my opinion) is to not deprive ourselves too much. I find that if I allow myself to have one not-so healthy meal each week or a glass of wine one night at dinner, I feel a lot less like I'm on a diet and it just makes it all seem so much more sustainable, which is the goal right?
