This is my first time on dietbet, but I'm sooo looking forward to it. 

I've always thought of myself as heavier than everyone else growing up and also in my 20's and 30's.  After having two babies back-to-back, and gaining 50lbs for each pregnancy, something has to change.  The babies are truly a blessing in my life, but man, I don't have the energy to pull them around the back yard in the wagon for longer than a minute...how sad is that?  I want to be able to play with my kids for hours on end and have them remember me being a part of their childhood not watching from the sidelines.

Since July I've been doing at home dvd workouts and have been enjoying them.  I've been able to squeeze them into my day while my kids are either jumping all over me or still sleeping.  The nutrition aspect is always an up/down battle with me and it's something that I battle with every day. 

Small changes, small steps, and change will happen.
