After the first weigh-in...my motivation zapped!

 

Not completely...I was still more consious about what I was eating but basic things like my daily walk and MFP tracking - I just lost motivation. 

There's many reasons (read: excuses) for this...but I went shopping yesterday - getting some healthy food in my fridge. And it's not about 'making goal' - that'll be doable for me this week. But I'm thinking more of the positive benefits for a lifestyle change. The worst is to make it through all the round just to gain back. I'm not interested in being a life-time dietbetter (unless I'm hosting competitions to motivate others). I'd rather lose a few rounds but come out as the challenge applies - Transformed.
