Day#1: My first thought was to go down and eat something. But, I managed to keep myself from following my old patterns and wait until I thought out my morning routine. In the past, I just can NOT exercise after I've eaten something, so I chose to do a little exercise upon getting up in the mornings: something light and easy, but enough to get the heart rate up and get the blood pumping. So, I chose to go for a little walk around the block, do a few floor exercises, and stretch. Then I can fix a healthy shake with a little fresh fruit mixed in. I have the tendency to have LOW blood sugar, so the fresh fruit and fiber, manage to keep it up a little longer. My day will consist of planning and shopping for my meals for the rest of the week. If it's ready to eat, it's easier for me to stay on track.

day planned out. Simple but effective, Planning is the key to success
In everything. Best of luck
