Hmmmmm. I hear you Lindsay. I can't tell you how many times are started and stopped a diet, before getting into the DietBet world. By the time I got here, I was finally educated enough and desperate enough to stick with it. But maybe we all have to go through several false starts before we hit our stride. I think each time you go through it, you learn a few things that help. On the topic of the lure of our favorite restaurants ... that resonates with me. I found that many of my restaurants already had the nutritional info available, but you had to ask for it. Once I was armed with that, I figured out which items were somewhat healthier, and (this was important) the proper PORTION SIZE. Maybe you could try that, so you aren't depriving yourself! Feeling deprived is a BIG diet-killer. So find a way to work it in.
