I started out great, I had one cup of coffee with cream and sugar (I can't have it without). I also had a Classic oatmeal from Starbucks. I've been craving this oatmeal for about 2 months. Even though I worked out last night, I feel great, as if I accomplished the hardest part, which is to start. I know I have a long ways to go, but I'm taking it a day at a time. I'm looking forward to my workout tonight.
