Oh, TOTALLY. I SO hear you! I freeze each individual serving portion of a LOT of things I bake (plus, my birthday cake that my husband actually bakes each year). And I've learned to get my 'sweet' in together with something healthy ... like, putting fresh raspberries atop vanilla GREEK yogurt and sprinkling on lower-fat Bear Naked granola. I get the sweet but also protein, that way. Same thing for honey-roasted almonds and peanuts ... sure, it's sweet, but I'm getting protein, too. It's all in the balancing.
