I hope this doesn't come off as complaining, I just wanted to explain myself.  I have had 8 surgeries on my tummy.  So because of this I have let myself go!  I would have problems everytime I started to work out.  So I have come to the conclusion that I can only do cardo at this time.  If I have to take it slower on my workouts, then so be it!  I am enjoying walking with some new girlfriends and taking a kickboxing class.  I'm just not going to give up!  Healthy hear I come!!!
