Weekend Recap. 

Saturday- Woke up early went on walk with the pup.  Ate healthy, did some chores, another walk and then went to see the Equalizer with a buddy. Snuck in water bottles and 100 calorie popcorn snack packs! Was the perfect amount of snack and I didn't have to feel bad about it after.

Sunday- Woke up and went on a 10 mile hike! Lots of fun and beautiful day for it.  Had an Apples and Greens smoothie for lunch. Finally back home and lounging around doing laundry until dinner time.  Maybe do a Fred Meyer trip a little later.

All in all 37k steps walked, lots of fun had, healthy food choices made and when I weighed in this morning I was back to my pre pumpkin carving w/ whisky weight lol.  So I'm proud of how the weekend went and can't wait to have a relaxing rest of my sunday, knitting and watching some Shrek.

Big shout out to the new fitbit friends I've acquired. Has helped so much!
