Hmm what happened today worth mentioning.... The weigh in this morning went really well. Feeling positive about progress so far. Glad the knee isn't hurting after the long walk yesterday. I remember having a bunch of things I wanted to write about in the middle of the day but now that I'm sitting down to write I got nothing.
I like my Personal Trainer Food so much but I'm torn after looking up some nutrition info. Some things have a strange amount of fat and sodium. 3 egg patties are 540 calories 42g fat 1350mg sodium? What the beans! Everything tastes awesome and I really have been losing weight so I'm not sure how i feel at this point. I wanna transition into cooking but at the moment i have no oven which makes thing kinda difficult. I have time still to figure it out since I still have almsot a full month of food left.
I had an allergy test done and gluten and dairy are suppose to be a no go but it's so overwhelming and confusing trying to figure it all out. The meaqls have made things easy and even though they do have dairy it's usually small amounts that doesn't upset my stomache. So feeling a little torn.
Also checked out a gym. Looking forward to excercising again and pretty excited about this gym. We will see how things go.
