It's hard to restart the engine and train everyday. Reasons to not are just there, ready to be picked: I have no time for this, I'm too load with the kids, I have too much on my plate at work. I have an injury. Name it!
But guess what ? We always find a good reason ! Why don't we make the best reason to do this instead: WE
We are the most important personne in our life and we have to take care of ourselve before we can give to othes.
So everytime I'm struggling with all reasons to NOT do my exs, I will think of the emotion present after my workout: Pride!
