Grrr I have been letting my stress take away my weight loss. Will begin exercise on Friday. I would love to lose 5 additioanl pounds!!! I really am finding this a useful experience!!!

Sign in to CommentStress is a hard one for me too. I've been trying to make myself go for a fast paced walk after work, to try and burn off some of that pent up frustration. Or a hot bubble bath with a good book, cause I know that I can't eat in the bathtub. Anything to keep me away from the fridge. Then, drink a large glass of water and go for a little snack like a lite yogart and bowl of fruit first, before indulging in anything else.
