Weekends are difficult for me because these days tend to be lazy days for me and my boyfriend to just kick back and not worry about things but I think I did well at staying active and eating healthy. On Saturday we walked to the farmer's market and had a nice lunch which I took home for dinner because the portion was too big. By 5 pm I had reached my 10K steps :)
Sunday was a super lazy day. I had NO energy to do anything. I ate fairly healthy and I stayed under my calories by doing a 30 min workout with my Nike training App. Some of the excercise there are GREAT and it allows me to keep up with my fitness even without having a gym membership.
