My BF and I celebrate every 21st of every month so we usually treat ourselves to some wine and a nice extra special dinner.  Last night wasn't the exception.  I did go over in my calories by a lot because I drank a bit of moscato.  My home made dinner was very healthy covering the main food groups with an emphasis on veggies and grains.  so, even though the calories didn't look great, the nutrition was there.  It was a hot day so I did not take my dogs on our daily long walk and I did not meet my step goal but I did great with my water goal because I started drinking tea and it makes it easier to continue drinking the tea even if I am not thirsty.  Maybe the reason why I struggle so much with my water goal is that after the first bottle, I can't stand the plain water but with tea I get so much flavor that, it is that much easier to make myself keep drinking it.

Based on the number on the scale today, I lost 2lbs last week.  I think that is AMAZING and right on track!!!  I am so happy I am a part of this challenge.
