I am up two pounds, it is annoying me because I really liked that downward trend I was experiencing. I will use this energy as motivation to get things the way I need them. There are meetings to attend etc. If I do not make time for me, what is the point? I will be a much more productive person if I am also a healthy happier person.

Sign in to CommentI am up two pounds as well. I know it's disheartening, but it's takes time to get there and maybe your building muscle (I check and this was not the case for me). We gotta just keep working at it. It's a lifelong transformation too :)
