It is such a blessing that I found this game. I'm feeling really good, even though it hasn't been long since we started! Its amazing how what you feel is connected to what you eat.
Yesterday brought a challenge; a well-meaning friend brought a giant pizza to our hour-long meeting. It was riiight in front of me, smelling so delicious and I nearly caved! Today I'm proud I didn't give in to temptation :)
My biggest challenge so far has been sticking with the excercises. I am in a club that does workouts 3 times a week, and on those days I don't know if I should do both, or if just the club is enough. Either way, I enjoyed yesterday's active rest!
(My other challenge is that my roommates keep eating my healthy food, messes up my meal plan lol!! Must be revenge for all the times I've eaten their chips.)
And the most surprising thing so far has been how MUCH extra food I was eating before starting! I'm eating significantly less/smaller portions and I'm still never really hungry. Hope I can stay on track!
