I lost 25 pounds about 18 months ago. My goal was to lose another 50 but I have been absolutley stuck for a year. Don't get me wrong, I have lost the 50 pounds, but it was the same 10 over and over and over again. So here I sit, wondering how to break past this mental and physical hurdle. Part of it is hormonal I know, as I can change to a different bio-identical hormonal cream and gain 5 lbs in 5 minutes. I also know that its consistancy that will pay off in the end. If we fall off the WAGON, we must get up, dust ourselves off, and run and jump back on it. The weight-loss WAGON that is. Failure is not an option. For many of us, it is our health that is at stake.
This concept of online "Dietbet" is just what I needed. A little extra motivation and a whole community of support. Oh, and a little incentive!! Good luck everyone! I say "luck" with the thought that you will not get injured working out or hit by a bus crossing the street. GOOD EATING EVERYONE- this is where you have all the control, and so do I. Jump on the WAGON and lets shed some weight!!! I refuse to lose it, that implies I will go looking for it at some later time. Weight Shedding Wagon here I come!!!
