I just had my first baby 14 weeks ago. I share this only to say that we struggled too!! Saw a fertility specialist, etc...ultimately I started following a primal / semi-paleo diet. I truly believe we became pregnant by dropping the processed foods, breads, milk, etc. I was also CrossFitting which probably helped as well.

You can do this! You took the right first step :)
