I did my official weigh-in today and was heavier than I expected to be! I think my weekend (beer festival on Saturday, huge dinner out on Sunday) had something to do with that. Now, I have more weight to lose than I expected. But that's okay!
I'm running the Marine Corps Marathon on Sunday (October 26) and am beginning to carbo load today. I'm only going to eat to my level of hunger, but I am doubtful that I'll drop much weight this week. Of course, the fact that I am running 26.2 miles will cancel out some of the weight I am not losing while carbo loading. Then, I'll go hard for the last three weeks.
