Sooo, my dietbet started off slow (which I knew it would and was prepared for) as Thanksgiving (Canadian) with my boyfriend and meeting all his family was pretty much immediately after my Dietbet started.
Regardless, I knew that was coming in advance. I allowed myself to enjoy Thanksgiving, although Ive never been one to really stuff my face at this holiday. I allowed myself to have sweets and as soon as it was over I started a 10 day "No Added Sugar challenge" to help me 'catch up' to everyone else.
I still have 4 lbs to lose by Nov 3rd but am confident in myself to achieve this goal :)
