I have reached 2.5lbs of weight loss! yay! Considering I started later than other (what with Canadian Thanksgiving) Im very proud! 3.6lbs to go and Im pushing harder!! My diet is mostly veggies and fruit w hummus and small portions of lean meat with the occassional date for something sweet!
I played Badminton yesterday morning for 2 hours with my parents and a group of older people who are awesome! Good workout, my butt is feelin it today :) woohoo! feel the burn! Playing again tomorrow and then beach volleyball on Sunday!
