I'm trying the same kind of diet, cutting the same junk and sticking to fruits, veggies, lean proteins, lots of water--and no eating after 7:00 (great rules to live by). I was planning on two weeks, but maybe I'll keep going after that. I'm only on day 4, but I feel better already!
