Alright,
I still hate Challenges, but I've been drinking water like crazy.. Forcing myself to chug water all day, and I'm drinking somewhere around 60-90 oz a day... and with all that drinking, I'm peeing, ALOT.. I'm also doing the 30 day shred this week, but since I do a different workout every week, I'm doing all 3 levels this week. so yesterday was level 1, today was level 2, tomorrow will be level 3, and then back to level 1, and we just do that until sunday.
and today I weighed 194.4.
And That's how it's done. Stress for the first two weeks, get serious and Loose the last 2 weeks. ;)
I now have 2.8lbs to loose to win the dietbet. This stuff just got Real. I might actually have a shot now.
Of course, this is, If I don't gain everything back in the next two weeks instead of loosing. lol
I haven't done todays shred yet because I cleaned my bedroom yesterday, dusted, vacumned, etc, and ALWAYS that very night I have a huge allergy attack and feel like crap the following day. (I think I stir up the dust in the room and it just chokes me out when I'm sleeping, or maybe my vacumn kicks back more dust in the room that I'm aware of, either way) but last night, I was short of breath. I woke up with Asthma attacks every couple of hours, or just plain felt like someone was sitting on my chest, or was just wheezy.. either way, if you can't breathe, you can't exercise, so instead of doing level 2, which I'm heard just terrible things about (how it's harder than level 3. lol) i decided to turn on my Biggest loser game, and Jillian was doing Yoga today, Easy "light" yoga for about 20 minutes, so I did that instead. I figured if I could beat this tight chest feeling today, I'd do some Shred. I've got about 45m before DH is home, I'm going to get the kids the drinks they are just dying of thirst for, and I'm going to turn on some Shred.
Wish me luck that it doesn't kill me. Quite Literally. lol The "chopped" I have on, isn't doing a damn thing for my dieting. lol Thanks for reading my ramblings!
