I'm on day 4 of eating Low carbs.

 

Yesterday I did have a apple, (didn't look to see if it was on the plan for phase 2 or not, and found out it's not for a very long time, but whatever)

 

 but found out I can drink my Zero calorie drink mix things, and that and Ranch, I'm fine. lol

 

 I do think I'm going to switch back to eating light products, even if Atkins doesn't like it. I'm eating alot of fat, and I don't know what the guidelines are for that, but I'm guessing it's not 60-70g a day. lol 

 

 started on monday morning at 195, had 3.8lbs to loose and 4 days later I'm 190.6.

 

 I'm a pound below my goal weight. I'm completely amazed that I did it. I'm going to win this thing!! how in the heck did I manage to pull that off???

 Burning somewhere between 300 and 700 calories in exercise, (according to my tracker online, so could be inaccurate, but that's what I'm using) and eating around 1200 calories a day (salad just doesn't pack on the calories. lol I'm now eating nuts and some fruits like strawberries so I'm hoping that will up a little soon.)

 

  Going to start talking a multivitamin, just because Atkins scares me in that reguard. I feel like I'm missing something not eating sugar and breads/pasta. lol 

 

  Tomorrow is Halloween. Thankfully, so far I really don't crave sugar, Breads or pastas. but I might feel differently if there are bags of candy sitting around the house. 

 I can't believe I've pulled this off. If I can do it, you guys can do it! Keep pushing! get serious! do something crazy! You can make it too.. Not that I want you to win, I mean, I would love to have your money. ;) No really, Keep going, you have enough days left to push this if you REALLY WANT IT. you'll do what you have to to win!
